About TEAM ACES Beyond

Hello Bloggers I am Bryan Bancolo Team Leader Of ACES Beyond.

I am a 3rd year student now and i am taking up Railway Engr. on Technological University of the Philippines.

I am also sk kagawad president of district VI manila and part of youth organization and college organization that molds my confidence to handle a team and guide them to my vision and mission in life.

I enter the world of business when that my father is have no capital to our small restaurant then i realize how can i help my father to earn capital to support our small restaurant. Then i find alternative ways how to earn money with low capital or part time job on internet i start searching part time jobs because i am a student so i prefer part time only.

One day my friend (bang) call me he say to me he have something to offer that can help me how to earn money and i ask him what kind of job is that. (Bang) said it is MLM Business then i started to ask if it is legal and how much the investment to that company how to generate earning fast and easy.

After that conversation i make some research and i found out that only 700PHP only to run a business like this and i check the company background, legalities and company plan and i call (Bang) to join.

3 days after joining to my company now we start market 2 weeks we got only 2 recruits and they are losing hope because they thought that MLM business is easy. That day i think deeply what are wrong to our market.

2 days after i decided to learn more on MLM business that i enter because i have goal in life and it is the only choice that can help me support our restaurant to move again then i explore my self to MLM business i start attending seminars, company training and some other activities related to MLM business.

After exploring to MLM industry my mindset is clear, my goals is clear and my passion is clear in short i reprogram my mind to stay positive and don't give up.

I have routine every day when i wake up i always say " I am the creator of my life and i am the one who choose what way should i go ".

Now ask your self what is the reason why you wake up in the morning?
what are the things you should want to do before you die?
what life style you want on your daily living?
last what is your main goal in life?

that is the 1st step to create a changes to your life if you want to become the best learn from the best i can help you change your life not only the way of business but also the way of relationship to other.

And That is why i build my team "ACES Beyond" to help people reaching their goals and helping them to increase their value.
